This site is operated by Typeone LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Using it means accepting what follows.
What this site is for
Typeone runs surveys here as part of advisory engagements. Each survey is intended for the people invited to it by the organisation that commissioned it. If you were not given a code, the survey is not for you.
Using it
- Answer for yourself. Do not submit a response on behalf of someone else.
- Do not include other people’s personal information, guest details, or confidential material in a free-text answer. Nothing in the survey asks for it.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, submit automated or repeated responses, or access data that is not yours.
- Do not share your group code outside the group it was given to.
Your answers
By submitting, you agree that Typeone may analyse your response and report findings to the organisation that commissioned the survey, as patterns across everyone who took part. What you write may be quoted, never alongside anything identifying who wrote it. See Privacy for what is and is not collected. Taking part is voluntary.
Availability
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and surveys close on a set date after which responses are no longer accepted. Typeone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Ownership
The Typeone name, mark, and the software behind this site belong to Typeone LLC. Survey content prepared for a client engagement belongs to that engagement.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to responses already submitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
